Implants Refer is the UK’s dedicated platform for managing implant referrals. We make it easy for practices to receive patient referrals while ensuring fairness for those who contribute enquiries.

Step 1 – Register Your Practice

Sign up, verify your practice details, and tell us which implant services you provide. Once approved, you can begin receiving patient referrals.

Step 2 – Receive Referrals

If you provide implant treatments, you may be matched with patient enquiries submitted into the platform.

Flat platform fee only: The practice receiving the patient pays a set platform fee to Implants Refer.
No dentist-to-dentist payments are handled by the platform.

Step 3 – Fair Participation Model

Implants Refer operates on a fairness principle:

Practices can submit referrals when they see patients who need implant services they don’t provide.
If one of your submitted leads is treated by another member, you earn a lead credit.
Lead credits increase your priority in receiving future patient referrals.
This ensures that practices who contribute enquiries also benefit from the network.

Step 4 — Patient Transparency

Patients are always informed when a referral is made. They are told:

That their referral is being managed through Implants Refer,
Which implant provider they are being referred to once matched,
That they will receive a full treatment plan and costs only after their clinical assessment,
That the referral is being made in their best interests.

⚠️ there is no obligation to inform patients about platform fees — these are practice-level marketing costs and disclosure is optional.

Platform Fees (for Practices)

Implants Refer charges a flat platform fee to the practice receiving the patient referral.

Single Implant — £400
Implant Bridge — £500
Full Arch Implants — £1,500
Implant-Retained Denture — £1,000
Complex Cases — £1,000
Periodontal Cases — £400

All practices on Implants Refer are verified and qualified to provide the treatments they receive referrals for.
Referrals are only made when clinically appropriate.
